Orders

Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase, keep in mind that your order constitutes only an offer to purchase our Products and does not establish any binding contract until we have accepted it.

When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of it to the email address that you provided when placing it (It is not the purchase invoice and with this document you DO NOT make the payment for your shoes). In this e-mail you will be indicated the order number and the data of the products requested, which will be conditional on the immediate availability of the product. We reserve the right to reject any offer made on orders before accepting it.

When your payment is registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email indicating the Accepted Transaction. When your payment appears in our system, the person in charge of dispatches will contact you at the registered telephones to inform you that your transaction has been approved, verify data and schedule dispatches, in case of not being able to communicate with you, the dispatch process will continue as normal. .

Your orders take approximately 2 to 4 business days to arrive depending on where you are. In very remote locations, delivery times will be reported at the time of the verification call.

All prices include VAT and other applicable taxes.

Remember that the company does not refund cash after the purchase is made, but we do make changes to your purchased products.

Chance for Size / Color / Reference

  • You have thirty (30) days from your purchase to make a refund for change of size / color / reference.
  • To make the change you must send them to the return address of the box, put a note with the size / color / reference you need and we will return the shoes to you again.
  • The shipment to the factory is assumed by the customer and the shipment to the customer is assumed by the company.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, totally new, without any type of use to be able to make the change.
  • The manipulated, used or altered products are NOT subject to changes or returns.
  • If the product you purchased was made to order with special indications by you, it does NOT apply for exchange.
  • To make a change you must send an email to ninabonitaredessociales@gmail.com with your data, invoice number, product description and reasons why you want to start the change process.
